dd's Cupcake Shoppe

I finally went to the new cupcake shop that opened in Jupiter and it was pure heaven. The owner, dd, was truly a sweet and friendly woman, who has opened the shop because of her passion for the mini cakes. Her boyfriend, Chad, travels all the way from Miami every day to bake with her and help her business get off the ground. What lovely people! This is the shop and dd and Chad (I admit, my 7 year old took the shot of the two of them...)

The Shoppe looked much prettier in person with the holiday lights a-glow on the dark busy street... my flash ruined the night scene. It is an adorable shop and everyone should eat the cupcakes every day and give them as presents and share them with loved ones.

I didn't note the name on these. I call them Chocolate Ball Delights

Hannah Montana Cupcakes

Princess cupcakes

My son chose the oreo cupcake (not shown), my daughter, the princess cupcake and I, of course, chose the red velvet with cream cheese frosting and coconut flurries on top. Oh oh oh.
Here are my red velvets, folks....mmmm:

Would you like to see the magic trick of the disappearing red velvet cupcake?

yum

dd's Cupcake Shoppe is located at 121 Center Street in Jupiter, Florida 33477 and their phone number is 561-401-5636. If you are local, go see dd and Chad and buy lots of goodies and tell them I sent you! :)

i was driving past the shop last saturday and my dear granddaughter informed me that the shop was her mom's favorite, went on to describe in delicious details the ingredients in the cupcakes and how we had to stop, immediately to replenish ourselves after christmas shopping. i, of course was trying to encourage both of us to keep our blimping up to a minimum, so we went on our way. after reading this review, i will never pass the shop again without engaging in some serious munching. very yummy. ddlicious

Amazing, you are so lucky. We still don't have a cupcake shop in Bellingham (and I have no time to remedy that - sigh) so the only time I get yummy mini cakes is when I'm in Vancouver BC or Seattle (Cupcake Royale, here I come!)

Why can't a cool cupcake shop open up near me. Thanks to AM I now have a cupcake fascination. LOL I will be trying a cupcake recipe in the sugar cone for my kids. Cupcakes are just too pretty not to eat. LOL

You know what is great about cupcakes? The beauty of it number 1, but then it is a perfect and harmonized balance of frosting to cake and not as large as a slice of cake, we don' feel fat when we lick our fingers and dot the crumbs....

DD's cupcakes are the BEST! My sister first spottted this adorable little shop when she was in town for the holidays and we stopped then and I made my husband go back 3 days later to get birthday cupcakes for me! Completely Scrumptious!

You have got to be kidding about these small, stale, cold, expensive cupcakes. What a Cupcake in Wellington, and PGA makes them look foolish. They will be closed in less then 6 months.

As a Jupiter local, I must say that dd's is the best thing to happen to this town in a long time. DD is a doll, as is the rest of her family. Her cupcakes are delicious. Whoever posted on March 28 as "Anonymous" is clearly an unhappy, delusional human being who wouldn't know a good cupcake if it slapped them in the face.

I am not a big cupcake fan but my friend took me there last Saturday. I have never had a cupcake like that in my life. I tried the Apple Caramel...AWESOME!
