Hm, cool! Had heard that cinnamon is an appetite suppressant but had never tried it. Maybe I should add it to my protein shakes for a kick?
Cool! I always thought people said almonds, not walnuts, but I bet either one works! :)
Thanks Joanna for the great list. I'll stay away from the Salmon but love the other stuff for sure! I'm desperately trying to lose 5 lbs. I think this makes a great snack list instead of the junk I usually eat.

Read "The Flat Belly Diet" book this is consistent information from that book. I love the book and do the diet.
