This is an amazing scent that I have fallen in love with along with many others. Let's have a contest!
Help us RE-name this scent. This is a Magic Hands Workshop replica (she passed down her recipes to me), but the name doen't roll off my tongue and it doesn't fit to me.
The scent is rich amber with faint notes of a number of fragrances like a touch of baby powder, a sliver of burnt sugar, black vanilla and cardamom which puts me right over the edge which its earthy, grounding and exotic aroma.
Help me re-name it...I have so far:
Give me some feedback!
Thanks. If a winner is chosen, I will send a bar of the Amber soap along with any other bar of your choice! Thanks in advance for sharing your ideas and tapping into your creative pools!!
Much love and respect,
Joanna

Amber Cream
Rapture
Amber Crunch
(but "Crunch" leaves me thinking of peanut brittle and it doesn't smell like that!)

Hi! This is my first comment, since I've just recently discovered your blog. So I'm jumping in with "Golden Warmth" because that's what that soap looks like to me right now.
Tibetan Earth
I like the exotic sound of Nepal in the original name and Tibet makes me think of warmth and vanilla. Plus you said it was earthy, so there's my explanation.
I hope I win so I can smell it! It sounds wonderful.
Oh my goodness, Ms. Briny Bar!
I just came back to suggest "Golden Earth", but she got here first, and I LOVE "Tibetan Earth".
Darn.
Oh it's beautiful and I'd love to try one of your soaps.
Okay how about Marrakesh, Nepalese Cream, Gold Way of Delight, Vamber (for Vanilla and Amber).
Michelle
Ohhh that is lovely!
Amber Dream
Amber Warmth
Deep Amber
Amber Earth
Earth Amber
Hmmmm hard one!
Amber Dawn
I have a serious one and a funny one. First the serious one "Enlightened" the funny one is a play on a popular game show "The Spice Is Right"
I love this soap too. I like Rapture!! It definitely needs a name to hint at its addictive quality.
Btw, the scent of this stayed on me about 8 hours. Those MHW formulas are really highly scented!!
Deep Secret
Golden Amber
Amber Brunette
Tawny Gold
I'd go with Briny Bar and say Tibetan Earth. It has a nice ring to it and sounds exotic...and the soap looks exotic and rare. Hmmm, tough one but I like that.
What about Amber Rapture?
Lisa Geeck
I also like Marrakesh.
I'm in love with this scent too!
Tibetan Amber, or Prayer Bell - and the label needs an Om symbol ॐ
Decadent Delight!
So, is um, Amber Alert too far off the reservation?
