I don't know if I officially made this announcement on this blog or not, but Jackie McDade, of Magic Hands Workshop, passed along her soap recipes to us and we have begun to make some and are just starting to put them up for sale.
Until we iron out minor kinks, bar size and shapes will become standard in the next batches. For instance, Magic Hands' Hawaiian Sandalwood weighs in at 6 ounces because I made slightly more that day (I don't remember my reasoning so don't ask). Also, we have added Jackie's Lime Margarita Salt Bar which is so awesome and smells just like a frozen margarita.
Looe is a tiny town in England that I traveled to by train by myself when I was 18. What a wonderful place. It was divided by a small waterway from the ocean. There was west Looe and East Looe, both perched on mountains. This smell reminded me of a place I spent long afternoons breathing the ocean air.
